★★☆☆☆ Chick-fil-A our experience with you has been mixed for celiac gluten-free. Even just here in the Memphis Shelby County Tennessee area. Each restaurant seems different on their level of education. Also actually traveling nationwide so it’s an issue everywhere. She orders the grilled nuggets gluten-free. Some of the restaurants say oh all of our grilled nuggets are gluten-free. Other restaurants say well it depends if she gets it with or without marinade. And then we are like what?? so you mean when she had it with marinade she was glutened? Nobody can give us a straight answer. Same thing we get mixed wording on the fries. Some say they are and some say they are not. And we always say shouldn’t it be Universal amongst all the Chick-fil-A’s??? Also same with dipping sauce. Some of the restaurants say oh they’re all gluten-free and then other ones list like three that are not supposedly. It’s very very frustrating and makes us not trust going to eat there. — A celiac family · August 2026
